This is standard size English Yew that we grow in our own fields.
They are ten to twelve year old plants which we grow to six or eight feet and then cut down to about eigthteen inches for bonsai. The thick branches have also been cut back, so that the thin new ones can be used for the future bonsai. Much of the work has already been done, so all that remains is for you to choose the right branches and wire them up to the required shape.
They have very nice characterful trunks.
75cm high and with 4-6cm dia trunks.

(Please note - we may rootball the trees to save on weight as some of the trees are very very heavy. They have been pot grown for many years - so are perfectly safe to rootball)
