These Mountain Maples in the Kabudachi style, originate from the Kawasaki area of Tokyo and were grown and trained by one of the top bonsai artists in Japan. They were imported in 1993 and have been intensely refined by Peter for the past 20 years.They are now high quality show specimens between 65-80cm high with multiple trunks.
They start off green/bronze and turn intense red in the autumn. The autumn colour is quite spectacular.
The ones shown here are priced at £695. There are others which are even better priced at around £995.
