Workshops and Classes

We have been running our regular classes or workshops for the past twenty-six years. They are run by Peter and his team and have been very popular over the years. Needless to say they have inspired many bonsai enthusiasts to greater heights from what they have learnt  here. The classes are held two or three times a month, usually on Sundays and Wednesdays. 

They are hands on sessions for all abilities, ranging from beginner to advanced levels. You can learn any aspect of bonsai from one of the country's recognised Masters.

We offer a choice of Courses to cater for all abilities. Excellent value considering what you can learn in just a short while. The dates for these classes are posted on our web site each month. You can book a course On-line or over the phone.
These classes or workshops teach you all you need to know about a particular subject from - how to care for various species  to how create them from ordinary trees and shrubs.

Peter also does special 1-2-1 lessons for those who would like individual tuition. Please contact Peter direct for details.

If you have a problem tree or would like to have advice on styling or any aspect of bonsai, Peter often gives his time and advice free of charge. Please feel free to contact him.
 
For those who would like a more intensive course, we  have the facilities for this as well. These residential courses are especially popular with visitors from abroad.

7 March(Wed) -Repotting Workshop £39 (small charge for use of our soils)
17 March(Sat)- Tanuki Workshop £69 (Tuition only, you bring your own material)
17 March          -Repotting workshop also running £39
18 April (Wed) - Pine workshop £49. (Tuition only)
